From scheduling viewings to navigating paperwork and liaising with agents and landlords, I'll guide you every step of the way. Together, we'll pave the way to your new home.

Here's how it works:

  • You contact me for a free initial consultation so we can discuss what you need and how I can help you find a home.
  • You send me an ad for a place you like the look of. I call the agency, ask any necessary questions and if it sounds good, book you a viewing. 
  • I accompany you to the viewing, to help you communicate easily with the realtor. You have a question? I’ll ask it for you. I’ll also let you know if I see any potential problems. Unable to attend the viewing personally? I'll go on your behalf.
  • You like the place? I’ll make the follow-up call expressing your interest, and feed any requirements back to you.
  • I’ll help you prepare your written offer and references in Italian.
  • I’ll check over the precontract for you (recommending you see a lawyer, if there’s anything out of the ordinary), and come with you to the agency to sign it.
  • I’ll come with you again when it’s time to close the deal.
  • And if you need any help with the practicalities (utilities, communicating with the landlord, etc.) after you've finally moved in, you can count on me. Every step of the way, I'll be there for you.
